HOW IT WORKS
Tempmate M1, multi-use temperature logger with integrated USB port is the ultimate data logger for economical temperature monitoring of your stationary refrigerators and transported goods. For carrying out the analysis, simply connect tempmate M1 directly to the USB port of your PC. A PDF report is then automatically generated, showing the temperature profile as well as all individual values plus statistical information. No additional hardware or software is required.
From processing over warehousing and transportation to retail and hospitality, monitoring the cold chain is critical at every station in the food cycle. In addition, there are legal regulations for which the observance and documentation of certain temperatures are mandatory. These include, for example, the HACCP regulation as well as numerous environmental, health and safety regulations.
Tempmate data loggers are robust and waterproof, making them ideal for use in the food and beverage industry. The devices are easy to clean and therefore are increasingly used for monitoring purposes in food processing and preparation. During storage and transport, your cold chain can be tracked ensuring that your set limits are kept. In commercial dishwashers, Tempmate data loggers ensure that the equipment gets cleaned or sterilized at the correct temperature.
